DESIGN

Fashion combines art, culture and aesthetics. Fashion designers work in different ways - some sketch the design on paper, while others drape fabric on a mannequin. We work with you to make your dream a reality.

MATERIALS

Choosing the right components is the most important part of a project. We use high quality materials in our production. Our warehouse holds a wide selection of jersey fabrics. We source fabrics from the best fabric manufacturers in Europe and beyond.

CONSTRUCTION

We specialise in the production of jersey clothing. We can create patterns for children, women and men. We use the Gerber Technology program. Our large collection of well-fitting base patterns can be adjusted according to your needs. Our main focus is dance wear and we produce for wholesale, groups and also individual clients.

LOGO AND LABELS

A label is an important part of the product, conveying the brand and providing information about the size, composition and care. We can help you pick suitable labels and maintenance instructions. For labels we can use embroidery, heat transfer printing, printed satin ribbon labels and paper tags. All information can also be printed directly on the product.

SAMPLES

Transforming creative design ideas and concepts into production quality garments. We work with you to develop and construct a well-fitting product with outstanding design. During the process, we make samples to find the most optimal solutions and achieve the best results.

SIZING

The base pattern is resized according to the magnification rules in the size chart. We can use existing charts or help you develop your own size chart.

CUTTING AND SEWING

Cutting patterns are prepared using the Gerber Technology program. The use of digitised patterns allows us to maximise the fabric and thus minimise fabric waste. We use a straight knife and a band saw for cutting. Our sewing equipment has been selected to best suit jersey materials. We can make 4-thread overlock stitching, purl stitch, lock stitch, BarTack stitch, differential bottom feed zigzag stitching. We also have dedicated machines for buttons, buttonholes, rivets, blind stitching, hooks. We also have a flatlock stitch machine.

PRINTING AND DECORATIONS

Your imagination becomes reality. You can design your own fabric pattern (sublimation printing) for your product. In addition, the product can be decorated with embroidery, heat press printing, vinyl cutting or crystals (Swarovski and others). We also apply crystals using a special automated machine.

FINISHING

The final step is quality control, where excess thread ends are cut, seams are checked and the product is ironed. Done!
